Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care / Step-Down Unit

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Critical Care / Step-Down Unit .

This unit cares for a complex patient population including cardiothoracic, post-surgical, and telemetry patients-offering exposure to ICU-level skills in a structured, team-driven environment .

• Provide care for patients requiring higher acuity monitoring (drips, chest tubes, central lines)
  
• Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting
  
• Manage frequent admissions, discharges, and transfers
  
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes
  

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
  
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
  
• Open to new grads and experienced nurses
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  

• Exposure to advanced cardiac and critical care pathways
  
• Strong leadership presence and structured workflows
  
• Expansion into a new cardiac-focused tower
  
• Opportunities for growth into Charge RN and specialty roles
