Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00a-5:00p 4 days per week. 10 hour shifts.
• Patients per day: 20
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• State Licensure: Must have an active Idaho state license
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Idaho controlled substance (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certification.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
