Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Elevate Patient Care

Required Skills:
- Valid RN license issued by the MN Board of Nursing
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credential recognized by the MN Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical anesthesia experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support) upon hire
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to support high-acuity patients in a tertiary care setting
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to adhere to strict hospital protocols and procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a Level III hospital environment
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Comfort with overnight shifts and on-call responsibilities
- Knowledge of specialized procedures excluding blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s degree or higher in Nursing or Nurse Anesthesia
- At least one year of post-licensure anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
- Prior experience with care team models and complex patient populations
Other Requirements:
- Residency within 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern due to coverage considerations
- Ability to work a minimum of two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
- Willingness to participate in scheduled orientation shifts starting the second Monday of each month
- Flexible shift availability, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (day, evening, or overnight)
- Must pass credentialing process within 90-120 days
- Ability to support occasional weekend and weeknight on-call shifts for additional compensation
