REMOTE Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (FT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing remote patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions.

• Conduct remote patient assessments and develop care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to cardiology
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
• Provide patient education and counseling on cardiovascular health
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification in Cardiology
• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies
