• Practice Population: Adult,Geriatric

Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
Required Surgical Procedures: I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams

• Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required
• Local providers- only mileage will be reimbursed- Required
• NJ license in hand- Required
• Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency- Required
• Clean Background- Highly preferred
• BLS - Required
