Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focusedTemporary Customer Experience Specialistto join our team! This is apart-time role (3 days per week, 8:00 AM4:30 PM), running fromJuly through February,with some scheduling flexibility as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Phone:Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.

Walk-in Traffic:Greet andassistcurrent and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Basic Transactions:Key in simplefinancialtransactions andmaintainaccuraterecords.

Scan/Index:Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.

Order and Restock Supplies:Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.

Meeting Preparation:Assistwith preparing for meetings, includingorderingand arranging lunch and other refreshments.

Mail/Distribution:Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to theappropriate departmentsor teammates.

Travel Time

  • The ideal candidate should be open to traveling between offices as needed. This does not involve frequent travel, but flexibility tooccasionaltravel whenrequiredis important.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification and Technical Requirements

  • Previousoffice experience preferred but notrequired.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention todetail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
