Collaborate with stakeholders to understand provider needs through design thinking and in-depth workflow analysis.  Â
Work backwards from customer needs to deliver high-quality, scalable software.Â
Apply AI/ML and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate development.Â
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate, learning from feedback and data.Â
Take initiative and ensure accountability for results.Â
Orchestrate integrations with intent, delivering seamless experiencesâ??not just technical connectivity.Â
Adopt modern engineering practices in cloud, AI, and automation.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Deliver scalable, AI-powered software solutions for provider technologies.Â
Lead automation and orchestration of business processes.Â
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.Â
Foster transparent, cross-functional collaboration.Â
Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency using AI-driven insights.Â
Support ongoing enhancements and strategic initiatives.Â
Integrate systems with a focus on experience and purposeful outcomes.Â
What You Bring:Â
Advanced experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including Function Apps, Logic Apps, and integration services.Â
Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or similar, plus hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML).Â
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward once given direction.Â
Experience with design thinking, customer journey mapping, automation, and troubleshooting complex systems.Â
Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).Â
Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.Â

Track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization.Â
