Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Read blueprints to decipher how the systems are supposed to work
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and recommend solutions
• Ensure that all work meets safety and building code regulations
• Plan electrical systems for new buildings and repair/maintain older electrical systems

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Journeyman in Nebraska or a reciprocating state
• Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
